Artriginal guarantees you will love your new custom art. If this is not the case, Artriginal will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied. Here is the breakdown of the 7-day guarantee:

• 1. The 7-day guarantee begins the day you receive your artwork.
• 2. When a return is requested, Artriginal will refund the original purchase price minus shipping costs to return the painting.
• 3. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, it is treated as a regular return.
• 4. Artwork that is returned must be in the original condition and in its original packaging.
• 5. If a piece of artwork arrives damaged, Artriginal will replace it at no cost to you.
• 6. Artriginal reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.

Returns & Replacements

Artriginal is happy to offer a 7 day money back guarantee, given the art has not been damaged by the owner and is returned in the original condition. If you would like to return the painting, please send an email to returns@artriginal.com and be sure to include your order number. Artriginal will provide a shipping label for you to return the art. Upon receiving the returned art, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping costs to return the painting. Please see the Our Guarantee section for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

Artriginal strives to create beautiful art for you to enjoy and receive in a timely manner. Since all orders are hand-painted and created to order, shipping will take place within two weeks. Artriginal ships all orders safely through UPS to anywhere in the USA. Tracking numbers are provided for piece of mind.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees to anywhere in the US are included in the purchase price. If you would like a breakdown of shipping costs for a certain canvas size, please contact us.
